Returns & Exchanges

Products on our website are listed at special prices and therefore are non-refundable. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

All the products have been listed with its description like size, length, weight, color, etc. Therefore, after payment is received by us, it shall be considered that the buyer has completely read and understood the product information and agrees to our terms and conditions.

We only exchange goods if they are received in a defective or damaged condition that cannot be fixed locally.
- In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective & cannot be fixed locally, you should promptly contact us at support@desidivas.in with your Order number, details of the product, opening video of the package, and the defect.
- You MUST have the opening video of the received package showing you have received the damaged/different product.
- Without the Opening video, no products will be eligible and will not be considered for exchange and/or refund

Minor color, and design variations, in the products from the photograph shared on the website would NOT be eligible for an exchange.

We dispatch the order ONLY if we have the same product as ordered by you, else, the order will be canceled, and your money will be refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement because of the defect.
- If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or exchange it with a new product of the same value.

Shipping charges for all replacements must be prepaid and insured by you.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

The product shall not be eligible for return or replacement under the following situations.
- If the original box containing the product gets damaged
- If the tags are not intact and have been tampered
- If the product is washed and/or used with any chemicals like perfumes, sanitizer etc.
- If the product is not in its original state
- If the product is returned without its original packing
