Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Exchange is applicable only for size issues, damaged products, or wrong items received.
Products showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers are required to share an unboxing video and clear product images for any exchange request related to damage or incorrect items.
