2. Orders are processed after successful confirmation and are subject to product availability.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

4. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

5. Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to product condition and availability.

6. Refunds are not provided. Only exchanges are allowed as per our Exchange Policy.

7. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange.

8. Desi Divas Collection reserves the right to modify product prices, policies, and terms at any time without prior notice.
